Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data InitD (Init D Tech Pte. Ltd.) collects through initd.sg, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

InitD is an AI-first consultancy and product house headquartered in Singapore:

What we collect

This site has no user accounts, no comments, and no sign-ups. The information you actively give us is what you choose to send through the contact form:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • The area you are interested in and your message

The form is submitted only with your explicit consent, via the consent checkbox. If you reached the site from one of our ads or a tracked link, the form also sends us the campaign details from that link (such as the ad click ID, campaign name and search keyword) so we know which ad brought you. We also collect usage statistics through Google Analytics and measure our ads through Google Ads, described under “Cookies, analytics and ads” below.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you and follow up on your request. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are most read, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Google processes this data on our behalf, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

We advertise on Google Search. The Google Ads tag runs on this site so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries: when you arrive from one of our ads, it records the ad click in a cookie, and if you then send the contact form, it tells Google Ads that the click led to an enquiry. Google Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account for the same reason. We do not run remarketing campaigns that follow you with our ads on other sites. Google’s use of this data is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare, which secures the site, may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors apart from bots; it is not used for advertising or tracking. WordPress, which powers this site, sets cookies only when a site administrator logs in; ordinary visitors are not affected.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser opt-out add-on, manage how Google uses your data for ads in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Spam protection

To keep the contact form free of automated abuse, it is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit the form, Turnstile checks that you are a real person. To do this, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic technical signals from your browser. Cloudflare states that it does not use this information to profile you or to serve advertising. Who we share it with

We rely on a few service providers to run the site, all acting on our behalf: our email service, which delivers your enquiry to us; Cloudflare, which secures the site and protects the contact form from spam; Google Analytics, which measures site usage; and Google Ads, which measures whether our ads lead to enquiries. We do not share your enquiry with any other third party, unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows from it. If you would like your details deleted, tell us and we will remove them.

Your rights

In line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may at any time:

  • Ask what personal data of yours we hold
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
